Two 6-year-old girls explain to Michel Desgagne, a filmmaker, what a nearby urban forest means to them.
The award-winning documentary filmmaker has joined a group of residents in St. Bruno, Quebec, to try to stop a housing development planned for Foret des Hirondelles (Forest of the Swallows), a six-hectare forest nearby.
Michel used his filmmaking skills to show how the people who live near the forest, cherish and wish to protect it.
